My Deadpool, being sold Fraudulently

Well, I know its not my Deadpool anymore. I cut all ownership of commissions once payed for of course, but for a ex-customer (and once thought to be an online friend from figure realm) to blatantly say that he had created the figure is outrageous.
I find it more funny than anything else that Demonsight even goes out of his way to give credit to Flawpunk (another fellow customizer/friend of mind) for making the steel swords (which he did)
Believe it or not, Flawpunk was even the one who asked me if I made this and sent me a link..lol
So congratulations Demonsight, for selling my Deadpool figure for over 100 bucks (so far), at least all the good people who read my blog and are fans of my work will know who really made this customs.
Below are some links and screen shots

Would you get mad if I made one like this and sold it? Your right tho..He should credit you and show you respect at most. Well your pic does look way better than his lol…compare to what you can do now..you’ll murder your old work…I think. Still he should give you credit. Shoot..Life goes on…

not at all, if you make one inspired by mine, that totally awesome by me, I just dont like when people steal my work/images/ect.
This particular person is making false claims wether he purchased it or not (which he did)
if anything I would think dropping my name would help.
and thanks, this custom is dated and I do believe my newer work puts it to shame..lol.. this was like 30 deadpools ago too..lol

No problem bro. I respect you alot . I don’t know kyle your old work are hard to top..only a handful of people can really go toe to toe with you and I’m sure most of them don’t even make as much deadpool as you.
Could we see another fusion deadpool in the future ? Cable, the punisher, wolverine..or even spider-man O_O.
I would had keep that deadpool..look better than the hasbro one…oh man $131 only? it’s worth more than that…I believe $450-$1,000 would be fair
.
Let this be a lesson! Credit the creators. Respect others work.
Good luck on 2009 Kyle and his wife!!

I told you, that if you’d like I can say that my figure was made with parts that fell off of an original Kyle Robinson custom.

I know thats NOT true, cause the base body still retains all my custom work and sculpting, my fodder, and my planning… maybe a strap fell off a leg and you glued it back or something, and in the process decided to cover up my red paint with your own.

Besides that extra blade mod-crap he added on with the tape, that was your work to the bone. I believe you have the right to be upset and honestly, I’d think he’d maked more money if he just mentioned it was one of your works considering how popular you are with your customs. By falling off an orginal Kyle Robinson custom, he probably meant it fell off his desk got a bit scuffed and just paint it over with a red sharpie and called it his own “customed work”

Wow that sucks. I mean I know it doesn’t exactly take money away from you, but it must be a hit in the nuts to see your own work being published as someone elses’.
Don’t sell to that guy anymore.

I take pride in my swords, but I’d hate to see them sold without credit. Especially if it was my custom figure. He may have changes it a bit but he still should have mentioned Kyle

Sorry that happened to you Kyle. Lot’s of artists (of any kind) get their work stolen and that’s unfortunate. And now everyone’s gonna be second guessing every peice that demonsight puts out. I think there’s a lesson in this.
