Well, if you have been keeping up with my blog or DA journal, then you know the crap that has been going down.

Well, im not gonna let it get me down, after all, I only use ebay for advertising and all my real work is done under commission or contract.

SO, with an optimistic outlook, I have posted 3 new customs on eBay, and there should be no way these can be reported as i have NO links, or NO demands that are out of policy. Just straight up, fresh figured for the fans of my work.

lately I have been putting small reserves on my auctions, cause f they don’t sell, im okay with that. After all, every time I sell a figure, its only a mater of time before someone ask me for it again, and I make more money that way. The thrill of the bid always fun though, and somehow I feel WAY more stoked when a custom sells on eBay (even if its only half the price or even a 1/3 of the price as a commission job) because when you bid on a figure, it means you are willing to battle to have my work in your collection, thats a satisfying feeling.

On another related note, remember my PS3? Well, some new info has came into play and its NOT good. Long story short, NEVER trust the post office with your Deliver Confirmation.

What they when you put that lime green sticker on it (that you paid for) is scan it when it leaves, and scan it when its delivered.

well in the case of my PS3 (which I KNOW FOR A FACT was delivered, because the “nice old lady” told me so in an eBay message) it was NOT scanned when delivered by the lazy USPS employee.

So what’s this mean? Well, see for your self, here is the tracking number 0308 0070 0000 1539 8206. I called paypal recently, and spoke with a rep, who actually felt bad for the outcome of my DISPUTE. And after some looking into it, they actually stated that I will be covered by paypal protection and I can have my 650 bucks back. BUT WAIT, then they checked the tracking number and said NO. Why? BECAUSE NOW THE POST OFFICE SCREWED ME!!! The one little mistake by the lazy PO worker cost me my 650 bucks in the long run.

NOW, I went to the post office, and they had NO sympathy for me, even though I caused a scene about having paid for a service that was never provided.

So, the battle continues. One man, against 2 billion dollar corporations who don’t give a shit about this “one man” who is being screwed out of 650 bucks (which, to any normal guy, is quite a bit of money to just have disappear)

Wish me luck, as I continue to bitch and moan, and list eBay auctons..lol

WHY!!!! I am officially pissed. As alot of you may seen I had one of my custom deadpool figures up.. and it was pulled. THEN I re-listed the custom after I was told I cant take money order. So, no biggie, I posted it again for 5 days and all was good… NOW, 7 hours before the end mark, it was removed again (on its way to 300 bucks I might add)

This leads me to believe that someone is fucking with me, reporting my auctions just to spite me. Now, maybe im getting ahead of myself, I have never made enemies in the community, BUT people can still hate. Wether it was this case or not, it still gripes me to no end. I just cant seem to catch a break on ebay these days. This is ruining it for everyone who tries to win my art for a lower price than my commission rate, I don’t do it often but I know alot of people appreciate it.

**Sure enough, I still sold the figure to one of the bidders, so if I was reported by a bitter person… IN YOUR FACE!!!

My current hate for eBay and Paypal :(

Im soooo frustrated right now I can die..lol.. I recently sold my beloved PS3 on ebay and got screwed big time.

I had the highly sought after 60GB (fully BWC, with all the fixins) and sold it on ebay for about 650 bucks. This was about 3 months ago, a nice lady in Las Vegas bought it and paid instantly! Couldn’t ask for a better transaction (or so I thought)

I shipped the PS3 (along with tons of games and an original copy of FFVII) and never heard back from her (assuming it was being played with and looked after)

Next thing I know, the unit shows up back at my front door. Being the nice guy I am, I contacted her right away and let her know. She was stoked it wasn’t lost since she said she “Began to worry”. The nice lady paid me again for shipping (30 bucks) and it was back on its way to Vegas with a small change in address (turns out she forgot to tell me to put Blvd. at the end of Rainbow Blvd.)

long story short(er) I woke up one day and did my normal email routine and had a lovely message from paypal saying that I had a charge back dispute “GREAT” I thought to myself sarcastically. Logged into my account with a lovely message letting me know my account was in negative amount, I knew it was bad. Just like that paypal took 650 bucks from me I didn’t even have in my account witch put me at -615 bucks (cause I DID I have 15 bucks..lol)

The claim was for a chargeback dispute, which means the payment was reported as fraudulent to the credit card company, then paypal pays the card company back (at your expense) and they call it good while you get fu**ed!

You can fight the process (which I have been doing for 3 months) and it takes up to 30 days for 1st part of the process and 75 days for the final decision.

During the first 30 days, paypal disputed in my favor (which is meaningless to me, cause I don’t get my money back) it just means they will officially fight for me to get the money back because I proved myself right. I had various tracking numbers along with a slew of emails from the lady stating she had received it and was happy (she even left me good feedback)

During the second precess (the 75 days) which was settled today, they had made their decision. I GET NOTHING! Just a quick 2 lined email saying “Despite our best efforts, the buyer’s credit card company has declined our dispute.”

YAY, I get to now sit back like an idiot and pretend my PS3 was stolen from my living room (cause thats basically the same thing)

So the moral of the story is, anyone can steal a credit and buy something from you on eBay, and once the card company catches on, its you who will get screwed, and there is nothing you can do at that point.

So sellers be warned, be wary and accepting credit cards, only ship to confirmed addresses (duh) and when selling high priced items, go for an instant bank transfer and not a card payment.

Sometimes you cant control these things, like when selling Buy it Now, and paypal even says “Plan these disputes in your business plan”..lol

So thats it, im feeling pretty raped right now so thanks for listening to my rant

MAN, my toyroom/office was in shambles for over a week due to the new set up, but here she is, pretty much done. Dont mind all the odd stuff, like giant bags full of packing peanuts..lol

I got me some new Ikea detolf shelves on my last trip to portland with some cool lights in it, these things are
GREAT, and only cost 60 bucks each, very very cool
