Mezco is the Toy company behind such action figures lines as Family Guy, Southpark, Hellboy and Living Dead Dolls just to name a few.

This year Mezco is releasing there very own line of 6″ vinyl customizable toys called Mez-Its (similar to munnys dunnys and other customizable vinyl). To initiate this product launch, Mezco will be having a custom gallery of one of a kind custom mez-its at this years San Diego Comicon.

It was a HUGE honor and compliment to have Mezco pick me as one of their artist and even cooler of them to let me not only do one, but 2 of them for the show. A list of other artist including fellow customizer and pals of mine Matt Culley (iron Cow) and John Mallamas (Jin Saotome) can be seen here, not to mention some of my biggest inspirations and icons like Ed Wires and Dave Cortez (who sculpted just about every Marvel Legend Figure worth mentioning).

For the Show I created Jay and Silent bob. I am a huge kevin Smith fan and I hope he stops by the booth to see my work (since I know he has a few Mezco Hellboy figures of his own)

So Be sure to stop by Booth 4145 at SDCC to see the Mez-Itz Art Show. And dont forget to push the button under Jay’s hair, cause he TALKS!!!..lol

Well, I know its not my Deadpool anymore. I cut all ownership of commissions once payed for of course, but for a ex-customer (and once thought to be an online friend from figure realm) to blatantly say that he had created the figure is outrageous.

I find it more funny than anything else that Demonsight even goes out of his way to give credit to Flawpunk (another fellow customizer/friend of mind) for making the steel swords (which he did)

Believe it or not, Flawpunk was even the one who asked me if I made this and sent me a link..lol

So congratulations Demonsight, for selling my Deadpool figure for over 100 bucks (so far), at least all the good people who read my blog and are fans of my work will know who really made this customs.

Well, if you have been keeping up with my blog or DA journal, then you know the crap that has been going down.

Well, im not gonna let it get me down, after all, I only use ebay for advertising and all my real work is done under commission or contract.

SO, with an optimistic outlook, I have posted 3 new customs on eBay, and there should be no way these can be reported as i have NO links, or NO demands that are out of policy. Just straight up, fresh figured for the fans of my work.

Ryu Hayabusa (click image)

Male Psylocke (click image)

Blackheart (click image)

lately I have been putting small reserves on my auctions, cause f they don’t sell, im okay with that. After all, every time I sell a figure, its only a mater of time before someone ask me for it again, and I make more money that way. The thrill of the bid always fun though, and somehow I feel WAY more stoked when a custom sells on eBay (even if its only half the price or even a 1/3 of the price as a commission job) because when you bid on a figure, it means you are willing to battle to have my work in your collection, thats a satisfying feeling.

On another related note, remember my PS3? Well, some new info has came into play and its NOT good. Long story short, NEVER trust the post office with your Deliver Confirmation.

What they when you put that lime green sticker on it (that you paid for) is scan it when it leaves, and scan it when its delivered.

well in the case of my PS3 (which I KNOW FOR A FACT was delivered, because the “nice old lady” told me so in an eBay message) it was NOT scanned when delivered by the lazy USPS employee.

So what’s this mean? Well, see for your self, here is the tracking number 0308 0070 0000 1539 8206. I called paypal recently, and spoke with a rep, who actually felt bad for the outcome of my DISPUTE. And after some looking into it, they actually stated that I will be covered by paypal protection and I can have my 650 bucks back. BUT WAIT, then they checked the tracking number and said NO. Why? BECAUSE NOW THE POST OFFICE SCREWED ME!!! The one little mistake by the lazy PO worker cost me my 650 bucks in the long run.

NOW, I went to the post office, and they had NO sympathy for me, even though I caused a scene about having paid for a service that was never provided.

So, the battle continues. One man, against 2 billion dollar corporations who don’t give a shit about this “one man” who is being screwed out of 650 bucks (which, to any normal guy, is quite a bit of money to just have disappear)

Wish me luck, as I continue to bitch and moan, and list eBay auctons..lol

Its winter time, and that means winter break! and winter break means christmas? and christmas means MY BIRTHDAY (jan 4th) and my birthday means, my anniversary with my girl (also jan 4th ) I will be 24 years young, and and lady will be celebrating 6 years of the “L” word (not that L word)

Back to winter break though…. I am finally wide open to sit on my ass and do nothing but work. Lots on my plate for work too, like getting some casting out to the public, and getting the soup back up for the same public. Not to mention a list of now OVER 50 commissions… and maybe a handful of ebay work and personal projects (which are usually sold on ebay too)

My workshop has been in shambles while the emails keep piling up… 3 days ago I got the work shop all set up again, with some new stuff and some fancy shmancy Ikea shelves (compliments of a hellish trip to portland with my lady and fam)

once on winter break I made over 25 customs in 30 days, lets see if I can come close to that again for some of my best customers who have been loyal for over 3 years now.

I will have plenty of stuff to post soon, including some fun pics of the new and cleaned up work shop. so stay tuned.

And don’t forget to order a Deadpool belt buckle for that special someone this christmas, just send me an email.

Untill then enjoy the snow (on my webpage ^_^ )

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Here is one of many new Halo Figures I am working on right now, and he is all done in just one day! Granted I didn’t have to do any sculpting, and honestly, battle damage is one of those things you cant really mess up..lol.. but painting it is where the figure shines through, and really makes him pop!. He was made from the new 12 inch Halo 3 Blue Spartan from Wal-Mart (which is the only one in stock right now) and painted with Vallejo game color as normal.

The Original figure itself is just great. Awesome paint apps, and total articulation!!! Even articulated digits in the right hand! My pal Jin told me they were loose, but mine are just fine on all 3 the ones I picked up, although i did notice it on 2 others I didn’t buy so be sure to check for that. The head and armor comes off too, and we will be getting alternate heads down the road from what I hear. To top it off, you get 40 halo points too boot.
