Q: What Does Custom Mean?
A: A custom action figure is a figure that has been altered in some way to be an original peice by the creator. Like taking a Mark 3 Iron Man and making into a Stealth armor, or in most cases, making a compltely different character from an existing base figure.

Q: Are your customs strong, will the paint rub?
A: Paint rub is a tricky issue in a hand painted model with such articulation as a marvel legends, But I assuse you that I do my very best to prevent it, and I have been doing this for a long time so I have plenty of methods of doing so.

Q: Do you sip outside the US?
A: Typically, NO. I have in the past and its always been more trouble than its worth, so no more over seas shipping.

Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes, add 2 bucks to the figure with the highest chipping cost.

Q: Do you offer a refund?
A: No I dont, All customs are sold as is, I take the best pictures I can, so what you see is what you get. If item is lost during shipping, or arrives broken, You should have bought the insurance I offer with every sale.

Q: I have ZERO feedback, can I still bid?
A: No, sorry.. I do not except bids from members with 0 feedback, nor do I accept bids from members with excessive negative feedback.
