Kyle's Mark 03 Iron Man D.O.B. 03/24/08 So the new Iron Man movie figures are out and I wasn't too please, although I was stoked that I could work on them.. First up we have your basic Mark 03 iron man. The figure was lacking any kind of detail aside from a solid red and yellow paint job (or should I say Cast job) What I did was, First paint the figure black (flat acrylic) head to toe, the a full dry brush of silver (I use vellejo game color, Chain mail Silver) then you apply multiple coats of Clear Acrylic color (I prefer Tamiya Clear colors, its the only other brand besides Vellejo I have kept buying over the years) and as you can see, I used red and yellow... pretty cool heh?
