Kyle's Zepher - D.O.B. 12/09/09 Zepher is an original character created and commissioned by comic artist Rod Williams, known to deviant art as rodcom1000. The figure was created from a Marvel Legends Electra (from the 2 pack with ronin), The head is from a Marvel Legends Tigra. Zepher was then fully painted with Vallejo Game Color paints and topped off with a staff from a SHE figure.
